Deposits via GCash, Maya, and GrabPay are credited to your superph25 wallet instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay are typically credited within minutes. PESONet transfers may take up to one banking day. Card deposits are subject to processing times determined by the issuing bank.
Note: superph25 does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. Always check with your payment provider before depositing.
All accounts on superph25 are maintained in Philippine Peso (₱). Deposits made in foreign currencies will not be accepted. superph25 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits.
superph25 is committed to processing withdrawals quickly and reliably. Filipino players deserve to receive their winnings without unnecessary delay — that's been our position since day one and it hasn't changed.
The minimum withdrawal amount at superph25 is ₱200. Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that have been previously used for deposits and verified under the same account name. superph25 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
If your account has not yet completed KYC verification, withdrawals will be held pending the completion of that process. superph25 aims to complete standard verification within 24 hours of receiving complete documentation. superph25 reserves the right to delay any withdrawal while conducting security checks or fraud investigations. This is a standard industry protection and does not imply any wrongdoing on the player's part.

Both the referring player and the referred player must comply with all eligibility requirements. Referral bonuses will not be paid for self-referrals or referrals made using duplicate accounts.

For PBA Betting and NBA Betting on superph25, the following additional rules apply: if a game is postponed and not completed within 48 hours of the originally scheduled start time, all bets on that game will be void and stakes refunded.
